Dealing with the public sooner or later you will see it all. This is a ncw one on me, however. I had an item on eBay end Sunday night. When I sent the invoice the shipping address was Wisconsin, USA. I was paid thru PayPal on Tuesday and the address was a country in Eastern Europe. I went back to the invoice and the address had been changed there also. Evidently the buyer changed addresses on me after the item ended and before they made their PayPal payment. It was a small item and the postage was not a great difference (Less than $2.00) so I bit the bullet and shipped anyway. Does eBay have a policy for such things? I wonder.
