A friend told me about a payment site called revolution payment exchange. Have any of you looked into it, tried it or used it? It is Free to join, load money into your exchange account, "use" (request $ or pay), and deposit monies back into your bank account. There are extra costs on the normal things (like a hard paper check mailed, stop payment, over draft, etc) It seems to good to be true. And when something is too good to be true. it normally is. I do not see where they make any money to operate. No one does this out of the goodness of their heart. What am I missing??? What don't I see?? What are you thoughts about it?
