Are sellers allowed to charge extra for credit card paypal? I saw auction number 320058201322 Link for a Victoria Weick ring that said you had to pay extra to use paypal if you used a credit card? I prefer cc paypal because it is safer, so I didn't bid. Is that ok with ebay rules? Ron
