In the rules even if we insure a package and it doesnt get delivered or if its deliverd but broke or missing a piece, whatever. Its still my responsiblilty to refund the buyers money no matter what. I cant say well we do have insurance so go to the usps and get your refund. NO they cant do that I have to on my end. But by damn i got to refund their money right then and their. So the insurance is only helping me the seller out. So why must i offer it. The post office lost 5 packages of mine about 4 months ago all they can tell me is that they were scanned in at memphis and thats it every week I ask what the status is and they give me a new dummy that i have to tell the whole story to again. and they are like well its in memphis. long story short it cost me about $400 bucks to repay these buyers. I don't know how offering a buyer insurance makes them feel safer when they arent the ones getting the usps to repay them for lost or damange items. IIIIIIIIIIIII'm the one that pays them for that. So wtf....
