Hello, I have been listing on ebay for a few years. I have heard about all these ridiculous changes with feedback and fees etc. (I have gone from 100% to 99.3% because of one nuetral feedback from someone who could't read the description a while back) Anyway is it only in certain categories that they tell you that paypal may hold your payment for 21 days or have I just not noticed this when I was listing before? Kind of a joke to hold your payment in the first place! You wouldn't think they could even get away with that!
