I have tried very hard not to get caught up in the whole h*te eBay thing but sometimes this company seriously tries my patience. I have some company ESA reporting my auctions as illegal and I have no idea why>!>!>! This is the email text, "The listing was removed because it violated eBay policy. We notified members who placed bids on the item that the listing has been canceled. The rights owner, ESA - Entertainment Software Association, notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights. When eBay receives a report of this type of violation, we remove the listing to comply with the law. Ok, I don't sell bootlegs, pirated, backup software so can I appeal this b*llsh*t? I leave emails with ESA and I never get a response. Can a Silver Powerseller call someone that will review the listing? P.S. I'm tired of having to change all my listing every 3 months because eBay decides they don't like a work used in the listing.
