Hi here's the situation. I sell fabric by the pound which comes attached to pieces of cardboard which I remove before shipping. Thus means, of course, that a customer is not getting a full "pound" of fabric, but so far people have been OK with that. I have had some questioners but when I explain the situation they are OK. Enter problem customer. She bought 1 pound of fabric and it was shipped to her, no problem. Then she bought 8 pounds of the same item and complained that she didn't get 8 pounds. I explained the situation and invited her to return the merchandise for a refund if she was not happy with it. She filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim. What she wants us to do is to refund her 50% of her purchase price. Paypal has contacted me for details and I have told them my story, but in the meantime she has sent me 2 emails saying that Paypal has advised her to contact her local police dept and file a report. Any thoughts or comments on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.......Charlie
