Spotting Real and Fake Diesel Jeans

There are a plethora of fraud designer jeans on the internet and okay seems to be plagued with this problem. I have had many good as well as bad experiences buying designer jeans on okay especially when I first started bidding. When buying $200 plus jeans at a department store or specialty store no one thinks twice about authenticity, but when looking for genuine jeans on the net even for a discounted price one should be extremely wary... I feel that I have made many mistakes on the okay and would like to make a guide to prevent others from making the same mistsakes.
This guide will be dedicated to finding authentic Diesel Jeans and will help you from bringing fakes home--when it is too late. Often times one can easily tell if a jean is fake by its feeling and texture, but on okay we are given only an image...
Foremost, authentic Diesel jeans are made in Italy and usually sold at high-end department stores such as Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Bloomindales, Saks...etc. They hardly ever go on sale and usually cost $190-$220; however, you can definitely find a similar jean on okay but to check authenticity you must always look for the following:
1) The number one rule of spotting authentic Diesel jeans is that they have MICROSTITCHING. Microstiching is on the inner tag of the jean that shows the size--right under the Indian Head. Basically, it looks like a silvery tab. The silvery tab should not besilver stitching, but instead should be a very tiny boxesside by side. Now iftheseboxes are held up to the light one will be able to discern the letters DIESEL within the boxes--they may be backwards, but as long as the boxes are clearly legible the jean is legitimate. FAKES will not have the tiny boxes with letters andhave imitiation microstitching withsimple silver stitching.
Hereare is a picture of AUTHENTIC microstitching and fake. This shows what the tabs should look like...they look like tiny boxes:

As you can see this is very hard to take a picture of; however, some people with newer cameras have managed to take amazing pictures, so foremost make sure the seller has clear pictures. If they do not, but they still show pictures of the jean FEEL FREETO ASK THE SELLER...this brings me to my next point...
2) ALWAYS ask the seller regardless of if they claim authenticity if the jean is authentic and authentic with a FULL money back gaurantee if it isn't. Also tell sellers that you are experienced (they won't know) as you own many Diesels jeans and you will look for microstitching in their product so that it better be there or that you will not buy their product--this may sound very harsh but it WILL save you time and money in the long run as most sellers will not respond to your emails or verify that they do have an authentic product
3) Do not trust an irresponsible seller. Always check the sellers feed back, and if the individual has negative feedback try to find out what it was for. If they have negative feedback pertaining to authenticity, then chances are they may not have cleaned up their act. Also don't trust individuals that do not get back to you in time or respond to your messages...as they might be selling a fake and have no way of explaining themselves.
4) Be wary of where the product is geing from. Authentic Diesel Jeans can be found all over the world; however, many Asian countries produce mimick Diesels and sell them for significantly less. A lot of sellers on okay have capitalized on this fact and will sell you a mock Diesel straight from lets say Hong Kong for $75 as opposed to the going $220. Its your call to waste money on a fake as in the end the quality is not worth it; furthermore, you look like a fool to those wearing the real deal.
5) See and ask how the person got their jeans. The more information and reasoning a seller gives the more reliable he maybe as he may not have anything to hide. People may have received a brand new pair of jeans and may not like the fit or need another size and hence are selling their gift on okay, this maybe a legitimate excuse, but make sure they don't have a birthday every other day if you know what I mean. But often times you do get the If someone is selling 100s of Diesel Jeans make sure they area certified seller of authentic Diesel Jeans. One way to find this out is by their feedback score and the other is HONESTFORUM,
6)Honestforum.ge is the oracle of authenticity on which one may ask questions or send links of potential Diesel jeans they are buying for experts to verify authenticity. USE THIS TOOL.
7) Don't worry about paying a few bucks more for the ensured item as in the end your money will be worth it. Think about the money you are already saving....
8) If you find an honest seller. Add that person to your favorite seller's list as that person may very well have authentic Diesel Jeans in your size for you.
