How long should you breastfeed?

This is a very personal choice to be made by you and your baby! 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, 3 years? All are just great! It is your choice to make. Any amount of breastfeeding is better than none. The longer you breastfeed your baby, the more benefits both you and your baby will enjoy. The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests a baby should breastfeed for one year or as long as a mother and baby feel gefortable. Whatever amount of time you decide to breastfeed, you can feel GREAT that you are giving your baby the best nutrition possible!!!
