BUYERS BEWARE --SUBWOOFER speaker dealer

This is in regards to a situation I have had to deal with lately,after checking policy I would love to include buyers name I will give you hints and will answer questions but as of right now i am not releasing his name,Anyway I had purchased subwoofer speakers from a dealer with high feedback volume(not all was positive),I spent well over $300.00 item was shipped quickly new in box,fine I left postive quick shipping feedback--after getting the box for speakers an amp kit,etc.Found out one of the speakers was defective, wrote seller no problem he said, send it back I will exchange(per his policy)after paying 23.00 to ship back---------------------------------silence never heard from again after many patient attempts to contact him I decided to dispute , well NICE PATIENT me had give him the benefit of the doubt and it was too late to dispute ANYTHING,,,I then filed a geplaint with the internet fraud center-nothing...okay says nothing.....paypal nothing....bank nothing.......File a dispute in anysituation ASAP if everything goes ok you can close dispute with no marks against either of you,buyers or sellers save your butt file early,,,,,If concerned with a seller or buyer don't be nice n naive waiting for a response, do it asap and okay will assist you further..GOOD LUCK!!!
