what is other ebay members thought on this, i paid a seller...paid what he had listed, he decides to refund my money and opened a non paying bidder case on me ,and EBAY ALLOWS IT????????,what is up with this, i am at a loss for words, nice ones anyway,anybody else experienced this ,and what was the outcome?
