Can anyone tell me what determines whether or not a seller's funds will be held by PayPal? My son (against my advice) continues to sell one or two items a month but has not had any holds put on his funds in his PayPal account. My sister (who never bothered to ask my advice) *note snarky tone* just sold about 20 CD's over the weekend. All the payments from buyers were put on hold. Both have had ebay accounts in good standing for several years. Both have used their accounts to buy and sell. Any info is appreciated. everythings_great! with everythings_jake!
