I was frustrated like many others with the slow speed plus delayed and jumpy response on the new my eBay page. I decided to try the suggestion that has appeared on a number of the discussion boards to solve the problem. If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, that is probably the problem. The new beta system does not seem to work well with Internet Explorer. Switch to Foxfire and you will find that your problems should be solved. As a bonus, I found that issues that I had with Turbo Lister were also fixed and the overall speed of both of the PCs were improved on sites other than eBay. I have just average computer skills and found the switch quick and easy. It will take about 5-10 minutes to do a Google search to find free Foxfire software and to download it. Very easy and no need to delete Internet Explorer or whatever browser you are currently using. eBay should have been well aware of this problem if they had properly tested the new system and then should have notified sellers and buyers that a switch to Foxfire or some other server might be necessary......totally inexcusable on their part for creating such a mess. Try Foxfire and save yourself from future frustration. Good luck!!
